  • Health & wellbeing information: information relating to pregnancy, birth, postpartum experiences, mental wellbeing, or goals for EFT or doula support.

  • Communications: emails, messages, testimonials, feedback and survey responses.

  • Event registrations: webinar/workshop sign‑ups, attendance, and (if applicable) access to replays.

  • Newsletter/marketing: your MailerLite subscription status and preferences.

2.2 Information collected automatically

  • Device & usage data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URL.

  • Cookies: Squarespace uses essential cookies to operate the website, and Google Analytics may use analytics cookies if enabled.

2.3 Children’s information

Our services are intended for adults (18+). If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

If we plan to record an event, we will inform you in advance. You may keep your camera and microphone off if preferred.

Recordings, if made, are stored securely and used only for the stated purpose.

12. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not store full card details on our servers.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the OAIC as required by law.
