How it works?

Why it matters

Postpartum changes everything — your body, brain, identity, relationships, sleep, and sense of self. Feeling a lot is human, not a failure.

You are not too much. You’re not behind. You’re adjusting.

With gentle support, the emotional load becomes lighter to carry.

60-minute session (Week 1):

A grounding check‑in to reinforce shifts, notice what’s changed, and steady your nervous system with simple, repeatable practices.

30-minute integration (Week 2):

Short check‑ins, emotional witnessing, gentle prompts, and grounding suggestions — Mon–Fri during support hours. You can message anytime; I’ll reply within hours.
